AFMS QA Program

AFMS maintains a Quality Assurance Program which ensures our ability to provide services at or above the level required by the customer’s PWS.  Our Quality Assurance Program employs a very specific approach to Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure the highest standards of quality for our customer base under the principals and practices of Six Sigma, ITIL and Total Quality Management (TQM).  Our Team has developed a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program throughout the past 10 years and has continually improved our program so that it provides guidance for quality performance and workmanship of all of our contracts.  It supports a Quality Control Plan unique to each of our clients.  Our Quality Control Plan consists of the following elements:

  • Quality Assurance Oversight
  • Internal Review Board (IRB)
  • Inspection/Audit System
  • Customer Feedback
  • Reporting Procedures
  • Quality Deficiencies and Corrective Actions

The goal of our QCP is to ensure that we provide all resources and methodology that meets or exceeds the required performance standards and measurements.  We have successfully used our QCP to manage over 50+ personnel with multiple labor categories and locations over multiple years.  Our QCP will support this contract opportunity with management of personnel and ensure quality work is performed by highly skilled professionals over the life of the contract.
