VETS Quality Assurance Program

AFMS employs a very specific approach to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure the highest standards of quality for its customer base under the principals and practices of Six Sigma, ITIL and Total Quality Management (TQM). The AFMS Team sees this QCP as a vital function of our management and supervisory staff, and a commitment by all team members. We do not see performance of QCP tasks as a burden, but an integral part of good business practice. The following diagram displays a comprehensive Quality Control Plan and Quality Assurance Program utilized throughout the past 10 years of services to the Federal Government providing guidance for quality performance and workmanship of all of our contracts. It supports a Quality Control Process unique to each of our clients. Upon award, AFMS will review with DISA CSD our Quality Control Plan (QCP). The QCP is a living document that will be updated quarterly at a minimum to ensure full applicability throughout the contract period. Quality is the foundation on which AFMS performs all of their contracts, and it will be integrated into each GSA VETS awarded contract.
